Restaurants
Each dish has a recipe. When it's sold at the till, by QR, at the kiosk, online or through Uber Eats, its ingredients come off your stock, in grams, millilitres or pieces. A voided dish goes back.
Restaurant inventory in detailStock management
Ingredients in a restaurant, products in a shop, supplies in a salon, the minibar in a hotel. Conciar counts it down as you sell, and your assistant tells you before anything runs out.
Every industry takes stock in its own way. Conciar follows yours.

Restaurant inventory in detailStock per product and per size or colour, in every location. The till and your webshop take it off as you sell, the webshop never sells what you don't have, and a refund puts it back.
Set which products each treatment uses. When the treatment is completed or paid at the till, those products come off your stock: the colour, the shampoo, the wax.
Record what a guest takes from the minibar or uses from the amenities, per booking. It comes off your stock, the chargeable total shows on the booking, and housekeeping restocks from the storeroom.
Every product, variant, ingredient and supply, with what you have in each location.
A column per warehouse or shop, so you see where the stock is, not just how much.
Sales, deliveries, counts, transfers and corrections, each with its reason and who made it.
Broken, spilled or found: correct a quantity in seconds and give the reason.
Set a minimum per item. Low and sold-out items stand out, and the total value of your stock is right at the top.
Download your stock or the movements of any period as CSV, for your accountant or a spreadsheet.
AI assistant
Conciar's assistant in WhatsApp, LINE or Messenger tells you when something runs low, at most every 15 minutes during the day and only again after you've restocked. Ask it what's left, what's low or what will run out this week, based on how fast you've used it over the last four weeks.
Restaurants also get the stock-out warning at 16:00 and low stock in the 09:00 daily brief. You can turn the alerts off in your settings.
Example conversation
Running low: mozzarella (2.4 kg) and oat milk (3 l).
How long will the mozzarella last?
About 2 days at your usual pace. You used around 1.2 kg a day over the last four weeks.
What else runs out this week?
Burger buns in about 4 days, and the house red in about 6.
Stocktake
Start a count in the dashboard, for everything or one location. Then count on the till: scan barcodes with the camera or a USB scanner, or type the quantity. Two tills can count at the same time, you see the difference with what Conciar expected as you go, and committing the count corrects your stock. Items you didn't count stay as they are.
Buying
Add your suppliers with what you buy from them, in packs at their price. Conciar suggests what to reorder based on your minimum levels and what's already on order, and makes the purchase orders for you. Send them by email or as a PDF. When the delivery arrives, receive it in full or in part: your stock goes up and the cost price follows the last price you paid.
Warehouses and locations
Add a warehouse for each branch, storeroom or stockroom. Inside each, give every shelf, rack, bin or fridge its own code, like A-12-3, and see exactly what lies where. Each till, webshop or other sales channel takes stock from its own warehouse first, and transfers move stock from one location to another.
Selling
Every sale takes stock off, starting with the warehouse linked to that till or webshop. The stock overview shows what's left in each location straight away.
Running low
Set a minimum per item. When stock drops below it, the item is marked low and your assistant sends you a message during opening hours.
Transfers
Send stock from the storeroom to the shop floor, or to another branch. The receiving side confirms what arrived, and anything missing is written off with a reason.
Restaurants, shops, salons and studios, and hotels. Each uses the same stock overview, counts, transfers and purchase orders; what takes stock off differs: recipes in a restaurant, sales in a shop, treatments in a salon, minibar and amenities in a hotel.
Yes. Add a warehouse for each branch, storeroom or stockroom, and inside it as many locations as you need: a shelf, a rack, a bin or a fridge, each with its own code. The stock overview shows how much lies in each location, deliveries go into the location you choose, and a stocktake can cover a single location.
Set a minimum per item. When stock drops below it, the assistant sends you a message in WhatsApp, LINE or Messenger: one summary at most every 15 minutes between 08:00 and 21:00, and an item only alerts again after you've restocked it. You can also ask it what's left or what will run out.
Yes. Start the count in the dashboard and count on the Conciar till with its camera or a USB barcode scanner, or type the quantities. Two tills can count the same stocktake at once.
Conciar prepares the purchase orders and sends them by email or as a PDF when you click Send. It doesn't place orders through a supplier's own system.
Yes. Conciar matches each Uber Eats item to your menu or products. Items it can't match are listed so you can link them once, and from then on they take stock off. Orders from before a link are not counted again.
Yes. Stock is kept per location, you can move it between locations with a transfer, and a count can cover one location or all of them.
