No more typing amounts into the card terminal
A card terminal next to the till means typing every amount twice, and a typo means a difference at the end of the day. Online payments in a separate system add more checking.
With Buckaroo connected, Conciar sends the amount straight to the terminal and books the payment on the bill. Online orders, deposits and tickets come in on the same account, already matched.

Card terminals at the till
Pair your Buckaroo terminal with the Conciar POS. The amount appears on the terminal by itself, and the payment is booked on the bill.
Online orders and webshop
Guests pay for takeaway, delivery and webshop orders with iDEAL, cards, Apple Pay, PayPal or Klarna.
QR ordering and paying at the table
Guests scan the QR code, order and pay from their phone, or pay an open bill through a payment link.
Reservation deposits
Ask for a prepayment when guests book. The deposit is linked to the reservation, so you see who has paid.
Gift cards and event tickets
Sell gift cards and tickets online and get paid through the same Buckaroo account.
Charge when you ship
For webshop orders, a card or Klarna payment is reserved at checkout and only charged when you ship, in full or in part.
Subscriptions and memberships
Renewals are charged automatically to the card or PayPal account the customer first paid with.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refund from Conciar in full or in part. Reversals and chargebacks are recorded on the payment automatically.
A backup provider
Connect Mollie as well and Conciar moves to it when a provider is down, so guests can always pay.

Connect Buckaroo in three steps

Find your keys in Buckaroo Plaza
Look up your website key, secret key and merchant GUID in your Buckaroo account.

Enter them in Conciar
In my.conciar, open Settings, Payment providers, Buckaroo. Enter the keys and switch on the payment methods you use.

Pair your card terminal
Under Card terminals, add the Buckaroo terminal ID. The till sends amounts to it from then on.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need my own Buckaroo account?
Yes. You use your own Buckaroo contract, so payouts go straight to you. Buckaroo's fees apply; Conciar charges nothing extra per payment.
Which card terminals work with Conciar?
Buckaroo Point of Sale terminals. You pair them in Conciar with their terminal ID, and the POS sends the amount to the terminal.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. Every payment method has its own test or live setting, so you can try orders and bookings without real money first.
Can guests pay with Klarna or PayPal?
Yes, for online orders, webshop orders and other online payments. A Klarna payment is reserved first and charged when you ship.
Can I take a no-show card guarantee with Buckaroo?
Not yet: card guarantees run through Mollie. With Buckaroo you can ask for a deposit when guests book.
Can I connect Buckaroo and Mollie at the same time?
Yes. Set which one comes first, and Conciar switches to the other when a provider can't take a payment.
