Automatic emails on confirmation, before the visit and on cancellation. Guests cancel through the link themselves, so the table comes free again.
Deposits against no-shows
Ask for a deposit per person, or only for special nights. Guests pay online through your own payment provider.

What does Conciar's reservation system cost?
The reservation system is included in every Conciar restaurant plan, from €99 a month (excl. VAT), together with the till and kitchen screen. There is no commission per booking and no Conciar fee per deposit.
Can guests book through Google?
Yes. Add the link to your Conciar booking page as the reservation link in your Google Business Profile. Guests then see a Reserve button with your restaurant on Google Maps and Search and land straight on your booking page.
Does it work with my own website?
Yes. Put a Reserve button on your website that links to your booking page, so guests can book without searching your site.
How does it help against no-shows?
Guests get a reminder and can cancel themselves, so you can give the table to someone else. For busy nights, ask for a deposit per person.
