Ask your AI assistant about your business

Connect Conciar to the assistant you already use: Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code. Ask how last week went, who's booked in tonight or what's running low, and it looks the answer up in your Conciar figures instead of guessing.

  • Read-only access
  • Works with the assistant you use
  • Live bookings, bills and stock

Who can connect

  • Admins and managers

Only the admin or manager role can connect an assistant. Employees can't.

  • Everyone with their own account

Each person signs in with their own Conciar account. If someone's role changes to employee or their access is turned off, their assistant stops working too.

  • One business per connection

Manage more than one business? You choose which one when you connect. To switch, disconnect and connect again.

  • Disconnect any time

In my.conciar.com, go to Settings → Security → Logged-in devices and sign the assistant out. You can also remove the connector in the assistant itself.

Connect in three steps

You add Conciar to your assistant once. After that, you just ask.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI assistants work with Conciar?

Claude and ChatGPT, through a custom connector, plus Claude Code and other desktop apps that connect over MCP. You use your own account with the assistant; whether your plan includes custom connectors is up to the company behind it.

Can the assistant change anything in Conciar?

No. It can only read. It can't change orders, prices, bookings or stock, can't take payments and never sees card details.

Who can connect an assistant?

Admins and managers. Everyone connects with their own Conciar account, and each connection reads one business.

Why doesn't the assistant know today's takings?

Takings are worked out every morning for the day before, so today's show up tomorrow. Bookings, open bills and stock are always up to date.

What does the assistant get to see?

Only the answers to what it asks, for the business you chose. Booking answers include guest names and special requests, and that information goes to the company behind the assistant. Check that its terms suit your business.

My business isn't a restaurant. Can I still use it?

Yes, if you track stock in Conciar: the assistant can tell you what's left, what's running low and what will run out soon. The other questions are for restaurants. Without a restaurant or stock tracking, there's nothing for it to look up yet.

How do I disconnect an assistant?

In my.conciar.com, go to Settings → Security. Under Logged-in devices, find the assistant by its name, for example Claude, and click Sign out. You can also remove the connector in the assistant itself.

Why does the assistant ask me to connect again?

A connection that hasn't been used for 30 days expires. Connect again and sign in.
