Frequently asked questions
What is salon software?
Salon software runs the day-to-day of a salon: the appointment calendar, online booking, your clients, checkout and stock. In Conciar these are one system, so a booking made online, by phone or at the counter lands in the same calendar.
Can my clients book online?
Yes. You get your own booking page where clients pick a treatment, a staff member or anyone, and a free time. They get a confirmation and a reminder by email.
What does it cost?
€89 a month on Starter (up to 3 staff) or €159 a month on Growth (unlimited staff, staff planning included), excl. VAT. Online booking is included; there is no fee per booking. Try it free for 30 days.
Can I bring my clients from Salonized or Treatwell?
Yes. Export your clients and appointment history as CSV and import them into Conciar. Salonized, Treatwell, Fresha, Booksy, Vagaro and Mindbody exports are recognised.
Can clients choose their stylist?
Yes. They pick a staff member or “anyone available”; with anyone, the free person with the fewest appointments that day gets it. Clients only see staff who do that treatment.
Can I charge a deposit or a no-show fee?
Not yet for salons. Clients get a reminder and can cancel themselves until your deadline, so the time becomes free again. You can mark a client who didn’t come as a no-show.
Do clients get text message reminders?
Not yet: confirmations and reminders for salon appointments go by email. You choose how long before the appointment the reminder goes out, or switch it off.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Conciar runs in the browser on any computer or tablet, including checkout. Clients book on their own phone.
