How far ahead
From a week to a year ahead.
Last-minute bookings
Up to the start, or until a set number of hours before.
Free cancellation
Clients can cancel with their link until up to 72 hours before. After that they contact you.
Confirming
Per staff member: confirmed straight away, or waiting until you confirm it. The client is told either way.
Reminder
An email 2 to 48 hours before the appointment, or none.
Your emails
An email for each new booking and each cancellation. Switch them off any time.
Put your link everywhere
Your booking page has its own short link with your salon’s name in it. You choose the name.
Clients see the page in their own language: English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish or Traditional Chinese.
Your website
A “Book now” button that opens your booking page.
Instagram and Facebook
The link in your bio, so followers can book from your profile.
Google
Add it as the booking link in your Google Business Profile.
QR code
Download the QR code for your window, counter or business cards.

Online booking comes with every studio plan: €89 a month on Starter (up to 3 staff) or €159 on Growth (unlimited staff), excl. VAT. No fee per booking, and free for 30 days.

Frequently asked questions
Does online booking cost extra?
No. It is part of every studio plan, from €89 a month, and there is no fee per booking.
Do clients need an app or an account?
No. They open your link, book and get a confirmation by email. The link in that email is where they view or cancel the appointment.
Can two clients book the same time?
No. The time is checked again the moment a client confirms. If someone else was just quicker, the client is asked to pick another time.
Can clients cancel themselves?
Yes, with the link in their email, until your free-cancellation deadline (for example 24 hours before). After that the page tells them to contact you.
Can I still book clients by phone?
Yes. Appointments you add in the calendar block that time online too, so phone and online bookings never clash.
Can I ask for a deposit when clients book?
Not yet for salons. Clients get a reminder and can cancel until your deadline, so the time becomes free again for someone else.
Are reminders sent by text message?
Not yet: confirmations and reminders for salon appointments go by email. You choose when the reminder goes out, or switch it off.
How do I get the booking link on Google?
Open your Google Business Profile, choose Edit profile and add your booking page link as the booking (appointments) link. Google can take a few days to show it.
